Background: Caesarean section is an operative process whereby the fetuses after end of 28th weeks are delivered through incision on abdominal and uterine wall. This excludes delivery where fetus lying free in cavity following rupture or secondary pregnancy. The first operation carried out a patient referred to as primary caesarean section. When subsequent pregnancies, it repeat used cases vaginal not either feasible would impose undue risks mother baby. aim study assess Relationship Scar Tenderness with Integrity at Methods: observational study. be admitted patient’s Department Obstetrics Gynecology, Dhaka Medical College Hospital, Dhaka, Bangladesh. duration period from April 2017 October 2017. Results: shows that according age 50 Patients aged 20 35 years. Here mothers highest 23(46%) belonged 21-25 years group. Subsequently, 15(30%), 9(18%), 2(4%) 1(2%) 26-30 years, ≤20 31-35 >35 respectively. mean respondents was 23.16±5.79 (age range: 17-38) Conclusions: scar complications highly associated intensity tenderness. Henceforth, can concluded here tenderness vital factor responsible for complications.
